1-2PM - Check-In & Setup
2-4:30PM - CBF will be open to the public
4:30-5PM - Closing Meeting
5PM - 6PM - Tear Down

Address - Hamlin Elementary School, 270 W Hamlin Rd, Rochester Hills, MI 48307 (click on it for a google map)
Parking - Park in the back
Power - Since this will be in the gym, there will be no power

Booth - One 6' table and 2 chairs will be provided for each business.
Check-In at Info-Desk before setting up
Payments will be due in Cash at desk
Booths will be assigned on a first come first serve basis
Marketing your business:
If you would like us to promote your business on our social media accounts please send in pictures/videos and we will be happy to post it.
Remind Friends and family to bring cash in small notes so that they can buy products.
Marketing the CBF
To create more buzz and excitement please do the following:
Following up to the Event - Share the Event on your social media with friends and family
On the Day of - Share pictures of the CBF using the following hashtag, #acton248CBF
This is the first year we are doing the CBF and it is next to the Rochester Heritage Festival. We are expecting a big crowd, but that does not mean we have to cater to the whole market. We suggest you prepare your business so that you can break even and make a healthy profit. In short do not plan to the potential crowd, plan to so you can make money.
Get your Table laid out ahead of to make sure your product looks great and people will be attracted to it. It is up to you to bring your table cloth and anything else that is required for your booth.
Bring cash to give change for your business
You will end up wanting to buy some great products so make sure you bring cash in small bills.
Get your 30 Second commercial ready
Rain or Shine we will be having the fair, so be ready for it
We will provide 2 chairs, but if you need more please bring them.
Please look at the area of the CBF and surrounding areas so that is easy for you to navigate the day of and find parking.
To ensure we hear the customer's voice and continuously improve, we will be sending a survey to fill out on regarding your experience with the CBF. Please make it a point and be prepared to fill it out so we can make our event even better next year!!!
Many media outlets have reached out to us to cover our exciting event. Please do not be alarmed if somebody from the press approaches you. It is completely up to you to participate through interview, pictures and/or videos. However if you do, please let us know, the reporters name and the media outlet.
